Privacy Policy

Last updated October 5, 2026

This policy explains what information PaymentHelp collects, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It applies to paymenthelp.com, our forms, and the calls, texts and emails that follow when you contact us.

Who we are

PaymentHelp is an independent sales organization (ISO) and payments consultancy based at 800 W 42nd Street, Ste 4A, Miami Beach, FL 33140. We help businesses get merchant accounts with our processing partners, and we consult on those accounts after approval. We are not a bank or a payment processor. In this policy, “PaymentHelp”, “we” and “us” mean PaymentHelp, and “you” means anyone who uses our website or gives us information.

What we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details: your name, business name, email address and phone number.
  • Business details: industry, website, time in business, monthly card volume, average sale, current processor, chargeback history, and anything else you choose to tell us in a form, by email or on a call.
  • Processing statements you upload for a review. These can show your business name, merchant ID, volumes, fees and partial account details.
  • Partner and referral information. If you apply to be a partner, your company and contact details. If you refer a business, the business’s name and its contact’s name, phone and email. Only refer a business that has agreed to be contacted by us.
  • Your consent choices, such as whether we may call or text you.

Our website forms don’t ask for card numbers, bank account or routing numbers, Social Security numbers or tax ID numbers. If you apply for a merchant account, the processor’s own application collects what it needs, and that processor’s privacy policy also applies.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, the website or ad that brought you here, approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type.
  • Cookies and similar tools set by us and by analytics and advertising providers. See Cookies, analytics and ads.
  • Call details. If you call a tracked number on our site, our call-tracking provider records the time, length and which page or campaign the number came from. If a call is recorded, you’ll be told at the start of the call.

Information from others

  • Our processing partners, about the status of an application or account we placed for you.
  • Partners who refer you to us.
  • Public sources, such as business registries and your own website.

How we use it

  • To answer your request, prepare a quote and contact you about it.
  • To match your business with processing partners and, when you ask us to, submit your information to them.
  • To review your statements and explain what you pay.
  • To provide consulting after approval, including monitoring your account’s chargebacks, approvals, deposits and fees.
  • To run our partner and referral program.
  • To understand how people use our website and measure our advertising.
  • To protect our website and forms from fraud and abuse.
  • To meet legal, regulatory and card-brand obligations.

Calls and text messages

If you agree on one of our forms, we may call and text you at the number you gave us about your inquiry, application or account, including with automated technology. Consent isn’t a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts and HELP for help. Our SMS Terms have the details.

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except service providers who help us send the messages you asked for.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information for money. We share it only as follows:

  • Processing partners and their sponsor banks, when you ask us to find you an account or submit an application.
  • Service providers that work for us under contract and only on our instructions: website hosting and security (Cloudflare), email and documents (Microsoft), lead management, call tracking, analytics and advertising measurement.
  • The partner who referred you, limited to whether we were able to help and the status of your account where your partner agreement requires it.
  • For legal reasons: to comply with law, a subpoena or card-brand rules, to protect rights and safety, or to prevent fraud.
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
  • With your consent, for any other purpose we describe when we ask.

Some advertising tools we use may count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain state privacy laws. You can opt out as described below.

Cookies, analytics and ads

We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, to remember where you came from so we can tell which pages and campaigns bring us customers, to measure site use (for example with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which can record how pages are used), and to measure and show ads (for example with Google, Meta, Microsoft and LinkedIn).

How long we keep it

  • Inquiries and leads: for as long as we’re working with you or there’s a reasonable chance we will, then deleted or de-identified, unless the law or our partners’ record-keeping rules require longer.
  • Statements you upload: deleted within 180 days, unless they become part of an application or you ask us to keep them.
  • Accounts we place and support: for the life of the relationship and as long afterwards as law, card-brand rules and our partner agreements require.

How we protect it

Our website uses encrypted connections. Uploaded statements are stored privately and can be opened only by our staff. Access to lead and account information is limited to the people who need it, protected by passwords and second-factor sign-in, and logged. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send card numbers or bank account numbers by email or through our forms.

Your choices and rights

  • Texts: reply STOP at any time.
  • Calls and emails: tell us on the call, reply to the email, or contact us below, and we’ll stop marketing to you.
  • Access, correction and deletion: you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We may need to keep some information for legal or card-brand reasons, and we’ll tell you if so.
  • State privacy rights: depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as opting out of targeted advertising or appealing a decision about your request. Contact us to use them. We won’t treat you differently for using your rights.

We’ll confirm your identity before acting on a request, and answer within the time the law requires. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update this policy when our practices change, and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll make it clear on this page or tell you directly.
